Halloween is such a fun holiday that it’s hard not to get caught up in the excitement, no matter how old you are. Whether you go trick or treating with your kids, out to a costume party, or pass out candy in your neighborhood, the festivities are endless. But along with those festivities comes the endless temptation to indulge in some mouth watering candies.

No matter how strict your diet may be, Halloween is the one time each year where we can all treat ourselves a little without feeling guilty. It’s hard to feel guilty when just about everyone is doing it!
But those treats are usually followed by a stomach ache or overwhelming feelings of guilt the next day.

This workout is one of my absolute favorites. I am always surprised when I wind up feeling sore the next day after just 15 minutes of exercise! This bodyweight workout contains exercises that work your entire body. It hits your arms, core, glutes and legs. Each exercise is completed using just bodyweight, so you can do this workout literally anywhere.
This is an excellent workout to try if you aren’t sure how much time you have but want to burn some extra calories. With different exercises for each letter of the alphabet, you can try spelling your name for a unique workout. If you’re short on time, pick a short word or just your first name, and if you’re really wanting to feel the burn, try your full name or a phrase.
If you’re hoping to feel the burn in your abs before indulging in a few extra treats, this workout will do the trick. These core exercises only take about 15 minutes to complete, but they certainly work the core! The exercises target all areas of the core, from the upper, to lower, middle and side abs. This is my go to core workout when I want to get a great workout in a short amount of time.
For an intense Halloween sweat session, this 30 minute cross training challenge is golden. Complete as many repetitions of each exercise in the designated amount of time, and rest only for the amount of time that is allowed. The trick is to fit all these exercises in without adding extra rest time – which can be tricky because they certainly get your heart rate sky rocketing.
This bodyweight workout tones and strengthens all areas of your legs. With a combination of plyometric and isometric exercises, you’ll burn quite a few calories completing this workout as well. It combines some of the most effective leg exercises in a sequence that will get your heart pumping and muscles burning!
When you want to tone and strengthen your arms without wasting any time, this is an excellent choice. These dumbbell arm exercises burn out your muscles in a good way. With exercises that are meant to tone and tighten the entire arm, these dumbbell moves will help you feel the burn in just 15 minutes.
This HIIT workout is one of the best sweat sessions I’ve ever tried. Comprised entirely of exercises with high intensity, this workout utilizes bodyweight to create resistance and movement to increase your heart rate. Moving from one exercise to the next without a break is the ultimate challenge. Try this HIIT workout for an epic calorie burn.
Strength training is an essential part of a training plan for nearly every athlete. Targeting those muscles that are most often neglected is key to remaining strong in your sport. This pyramid workout groups some of the most beneficial bodyweight strength exercises into a fun routine. Work your way from bottom to top as the exercises get more intense in this pyramid.
This workout takes burning calories and strengthening muscles to an entirely different level through the addition of just one kettlebell. Complete these classic strength exercises with a kettlebell to drastically increase their intensity. You’ll get an incredible full body workout in a short amount of time with this one.
