Full Body Toning Kettlebell Workout

Full Body Toning Kettlebell Workout: This at home workout will give you a full body fat blasting workout, with no equipmentneeded other than a single kettlebell.

My main goal during training is to find workouts that tone my entire body to complete on my cross training days. While increasing leg strength is always beneficial for runners, I find that focusing too much on just my legs often leaves me feeling burnt out on runs, nearly injured, or just needing a break. I always make a point to incorporate some running-specific strength moves on my strength training day, but cross training days are the time when I really get to have fun trying some new things.

At home workouts are my jam during training, especially when I am running outside for the majority of the week. There is something so motivating about not having to leave your house to get a great workout, and it’s even better when little to no equipment is needed. These past few weeks I have really been experimenting with different Kettlebell workouts and am absolutely loving them so far. Adding just one piece of equipment to my workouts has really challenged me, forced me to sweat much more than usual, and left muscles that I didn’t even know existed feeling sore the next day.

This past week I created a full body kettlebell workout in an attempt to strengthen those muscles that so often get neglected! The added weight of the kettlebell has a toning effect, leaving our muscles lean in very little time. These moves are simple and low impact, and will give you a total body workout. There is nothing like burning fat right in your living room! These moves are perfect for any fitness level, even beginners.

This Full Body Kettlebell Workout is the ultimate at home workout. Simple, low impact moves that give you amazing results. A single kettlebell is all you need for total body toning and fat burning in this workout.

  1. Love this! Been getting super into kettlebells lately–literally all I have been googling! I love that there are so many moves that hit parts of your body that are often overlooked with other exercises. I feel like i have so much to learn–but i love that. Tomorrow trying kettlebell windmills. Really excited about targeting the obliques and also opening my shoulders up–which is something I really need but wasn’t really sure how to do.

    1. Yes, me too! The kettlebell is so simple but adds so much to a workout. Obliques and shoulders are two spots that I need to work on as well, I bet the kettlebell will really be able to target them really nicely. I can’t wait to keep experimenting!! Hopefully you find some awesome workouts for them! 🙂
