25 Minute HIIT Workout

Happy Wednesday, friends! We are halfway through the week already and this is usually when I like to check myself and see if I’m still on track for the week, or if I’ve lost some steam. I have to switch a few workouts on my training plan around this week because I have less time some mornings and more time others, so today I am doing my cross training.

I always feel the most accomplished when I complete a workout that really makes me sweat, and have found the most efficient way to accomplish this is through a HIIT workout.

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training – basically incorporating a bunch of super intense cardio moves that get your heart rate sky rocketing, into short time periods. These are really effective at burning calories because your heart rate gets going really quickly and stays up there throughout the workout.

I am doing one of my favorite HIIT workouts this morning and thought I’d share it with you for my Wednesday Workout! Sorry for the weird photos, as you can see I can definitely use some work on many of these moves.. excuse the poor form 😉
