Valentine’s Day seems to be a polarizing holiday – you either love it or you hate it. Whether you’re feeling the excitement this time of year or just waiting for the cliche “Hallmark” holiday to pass, there’s no better time to show your body some love with an effective workout.
Like this Valentine’s Day Total Body Workout.
Whether you are single, taken, or anything in between, Valentine’s Day is a day to celebrate love. While the cultural focus of this holiday may center around love for a significant other, it doesn’t have to be this limited.

In the spirit of the season and upcoming holiday, I love finding some themed workouts to boost my workout mojo and spice things up. Having an excuse to get creative is a great way to burn extra calories, strengthen new muscles, and increase your fitness motivation.
This total body Valentine’s Day workout strengthens and tones all areas of your body.
This workout has three focus areas – legs, abs, and arms. Each set is to be completed twice, with 14 repetitions of each move (ah – 2/14:).
The only piece of equipment required for this workout is a set of dumbbells! These bodyweight exercises create a great at home workout that you can complete on your own or with a partner.
Finding fitness motivation during the winter can be especially challenging, with the extra hours of darkness, bleak surroundings and chilly temperatures. Why not use Valentine’s Day to mix things up and add a little flare to your regular fitness routine?
